Booking and Contact Details
When contacting us, you must provide full contact details, including your full name, mobile number, and email address.
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date.
This fee will be deducted from your final wedding day balance.
Once the booking fee and completed booking form have been received, your wedding date is confirmed and secured in our diary.
Trial Appointments
All trial appointments + travel for the trial must be paid in full before or on the date of the trial. Trial payments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your trial, you must provide more than 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will still require full payment.
Payments must be made from one single bank account. We cannot accept part payments from multiple accounts.
Wedding Booking Payments
The final balance, plus any remaining travel expenses, must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date via bank transfer.
Cancellations
Trial payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel your booking after paying the deposit, this deposit remains non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking within 28 days of the wedding date, 30% of the final booking cost will be required.
If you cancel within 7 days of the wedding date, 100% of the total booking cost will be required.
Artist Availability
In the unlikely event that I am unwell or unable to carry out your booking personally, I will arrange a replacement artist.
The service, costs, and fees will remain the same; only the artist may change.
Date Changes
If you need to move your wedding date, we will do our best to accommodate a new date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
