Booking & Contact Details

When making an enquiry or booking, you must provide your full contact details, including your full name, mobile number and email address.

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. This fee will be deducted from your final wedding day balance.

Your wedding date is only considered confirmed and secured in our diary once the £100 booking fee and completed booking form have both been received.

By paying the booking fee and confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Trial Appointments

All trial appointments, including any travel costs associated with the trial, must be paid in full before or on the date of the appointment.

Trial payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment, more than 48 hours notice must be provided.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will still be charged at the full appointment price.

All payments must be made from one single bank account. We are unable to accept part payments from multiple accounts.

Wedding Booking Payments

The remaining wedding balance, including any outstanding travel expenses, must be paid in full no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Payment should be made via bank transfer.

Cancellations

The £100 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you cancel your wedding booking after the booking fee has been paid, the booking fee will not be refunded.

If you cancel your wedding booking within 28 days of the wedding date, 30% of the total booking cost will be payable.

If you cancel your wedding booking within 7 days of the wedding date, 100% of the total booking cost will be payable.

Hair & Makeup Booking Changes or Cancellations

Once your wedding hair and/or makeup booking is within one month (28 days) of the wedding date, the number of people booked for hair and makeup cannot be reduced or cancelled.

This is because the time required for your booking has been reserved specifically for your wedding, and appointments, staffing and scheduling will have been arranged based on the original booking numbers.

If you wish to add additional people to your hair and/or makeup booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate additional people; however, additional appointments cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability, timings and the capacity of the schedule on the wedding day.

Any additional hair and/or makeup services must be agreed in advance and will be charged at the applicable rate.

Artist Availability

In the unlikely event that I am unwell or otherwise unable to personally carry out your booking, I reserve the right to arrange a suitable replacement artist.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the replacement artist provides a service to the same standard and meets the requirements of your booking.

The agreed service, costs and fees will remain unchanged; only the artist may change.

Date Changes

If you need to change your wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

A new wedding date must be within 12 months of the original booking date and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation terms above will apply.

Final Notes

These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure that your wedding booking can be planned and delivered as smoothly as possible.
